Hi, darlings...Old Granny Red is still with ya. I had begun to wonder these past
few months. But I took a deep breath and came up off the mat swinging once
again. The past four days have been really great. I don't know what happened.
Seems to have been the opposite of an exacerbation. Like my old brakes have been
frozen up and suddenly let loose. Hoo-boy, I'm enjoying to while it lasts and
thanking the Good Lord for giving me these days of rest. Oooo..it's so good to
feel relaxed for a change, without that awful tension all over. Even my pucker
string hasn't let loose on me, so I can make it to the bathroom on time, :>)) !!
Has anyone been reading about Tysarbi, the new drug for MS? It blocks
destructive immune cells from leaving the bloodstream and going into the spinal
cord and brain. According to what I can find out, it has given a 66% reduction
in relapses.
For long term sufferers it has given a 54% reduction when combined with Avonex.
It is given once a month in the doctor's office. It's worth looking in to.
It seems there are some side effects. I found it on the Internet on the search
bar, and there is a lot more info on it that is too lengthy to go into here. It
is worth a try. Anything that works, I say go for it.
I wish all of you peace in the coming year, and "I Love You" on Valentine's Day.
Hang in there. Granny Red.
