*We have some sides of natural, grass fed beef available, today, 1 July
09.*
** *They weigh approximately 200 lbs each & cost $2.65/lb. for the beef, *
*and $0.50/lb. for the processing. If this seems like it's cheaper than
you thought, it's because we are doing our best to keep this in reach of
everyone.*
** *The weight is based on the hanging weight of your particular side of
beef.*
** *The beef is delicious.*
** *The beef is good for you. It has the good fats in it instead of the
bad fats produced by grain feeding.*
** *Call us if you want a side. (Many of our customers share a side with
friends or family.) You will get to specify how your beef is cut up if
you call soon. Phone #: 256 708 2733*
** *God Bless you,*
** *Miles Wylie Albright*
*2733 Ranch*

I can attest to the quality of Pastor Albright's beef. We have been buying
sides of beef from him for the last few years and have never been disappointed.
He even lets me get sweetbreads from his other animals (because I live near the
slaughter house) although I haven't had too much luck preparing them yet. But I
will keep trying.

We request every part of our sides. If you don't ask for the brisket, flank or
skirt, they'll automatically add it to your hamburger. We get the bones and
offals to make broth and of course the liver to eat raw.

We have never had a problem but I'm sure if and when one arises, Miles Albright
will stand by his product.
