In my opinion, Horizon (which is Dean Foods) does NOT deserve your business.  They have been deceiving the public about their Organic product.  Their cows are kept in confinement, which means no pasture grazing.  To read details see

Organic Valley is comprised of real Organic farmers.  It's unfortunate that they use UHT, but given the choice I would pick them over any of Dean's products.
