Does anyone know anything about horizon organic milk? I know they sell ultra-pasteurized, but they also have whole milk that is regular pasteurized. Right now I can't find a local source of raw milk, so i need to purchase organic. the store does carry Organic valley but only the ultra pasteurized. I'm skeptical about Horizon, I'm not sure about their farming practices. Does anyone have any suggestions? Do you think it is ok. to drink as long as it is not ulta pasteurized? thank you for your input.
