Having problems with message search?
Personally, I prefer the Nature's Plus brand of Omega 3,6,9. I have better effect from their supplements than any of the other brands I've tried. Everyone is different, though - so if you try that and it doesn't work for you, don't give up - try a different brand. There are a lot of brands out there that do not do anything for me - I have to wonder if their ingredients are irradiated or something. I find the Natures' Plus stuff in my local health food store, and it costs me about $20 a bottle. Still cheaper than paying for psychiatric/ antidepressant drugs, and MUCH healthier!
If you already have a brand of vitamins that you like, you might see if they make the omega supplements.
