Subject: Re: [AL_WAPF] Cod Liver and Butter Oils
The butter oil tastes a little stronger than butter, so you can put it, along with butter, on anything you'd normally use butter on (such as toast). Butter oil is normally solid when refrigerated or at room temperature, so I wouldn't mix it with liquids. I think you'd want to avoid cooking it also.
I don't know how you can make cod liver oil taste better. I've had the lemon and some other flavor and, well, ........ no great improvement on the taste for me. I know many people mix it with orange juice or other liquids.
Of course, you can find both products in capsule form, though much more expensive.

I am going to be investing in these as the one supplement to my diet
and was wondering what experience anyone has so I know what to expect
out of them.
Also I would like to get my children to take these as a supplement to
improve their health. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a brand
that would taste good or that I can add to milk or juice?
Thanks
