I am new to this but I would like to fill you in on a couple of things. The best cod liver oil I have found is Carlson's. They have a lemon flavor and it really isn't that bad at all. I wouldn't go cheap on your supplements because you get what you pay for. Garden of life is a pretty cheap company and you can buy there stuff at GNC. My rule of thumb is this, if you can buy it at GNC then you shouldn't buy it. Just my thoughts.
