Hello All!
I'm glad to be joining this group. Thanks to our WAP local chapter, I
am able to get milk from Eric Cornelius in Rogersville (the Honest to
Goodness Dairy). Great guy, awesome setup, fantastic milk.
I am trying to implement more of the nourishing traditions into our
family's diet. I have made ketchup, salsa, beef broth, baby formula
and cream cheese. Fairly easy stuff, great tasting too.
I am especially interested in the enzyme information in the Fallon
book. I intend to look up Dr. Howell's work.
Anyway blessings to all. We are in Trinity, Alabama if there is any
