I'm a little confused about which oils are safe to use. I thought only coconut oil and olive oil, but NT has some recipes that use sesame oil, and I often hear palm oil mentioned. And now after reading several posts, etc, I'm coming to the realization that (for whatever reason) regular olive oil isn't okay, just EVOO. Is coconut oil the same? I've only bought virgin coconut oil, but I like regular olive oil when I need something flavorless, and it's great at higher temps (popcorn!). Maybe I can use the palm oil during those occasions ... Can someone clarify all this for me? Much thanks! Tonya
