Re: [AL_WAPF] supplementing water

I found this web site very interesting.  It shows pictures of the differences between "living" water and "dead" water.   According to this site you should not drink distilled water or reverse osmosis water because there are no minerals in it to "structure" the water, thus giving it life.   I've tried adding minerals (Mezotrace) to my drinking water and shaking the bottle several times to structure the water, but I don't think it works too good as I still have trouble getting hydrated.  My husband plans on buying one of these systems.

We are installing a reverse osmosis filter in our kitchen (hubby's working on it right now), and someone told me that we'll now need to supplement our water with minerals. This seems a little crazy since we eat wonderfully and take good supplements. Is this really necessary?

We have had R.O. water for at least 20 years and have never worried about supplementing minerals nor have even heard of that before. We originally come from...

I think the concern I'd heard in the past was that, lacking minerals, the water would bind with minerals in the body and end up chelating them away. I don't ...
