been on a quest to find healthier foods. My oldest son has autism.
At age 4 the doctors gave us very little hope. However, we made
dramatic diet changes, removing gluten and dairy, and now at age 10,
you cannot tell there is anything wrong with my son. What an eye-
opener!
We are a "frail" family. The kids and I are plagued with auto-
immune disorders. However, the more we move away from the standard
diet, the better we all do. We are now learning to raise more of
our own food.
For years I've not allowed my children to have milk since I've
always believed the pasturizing and homogenizing processes make it a
junk food. I would love to find a source for real milk in my area
however. We are in the part of Alabama that is North of Pensacola,
Florida. Does anyone know of anyone who raises dairy goats or even
cows (organically) that has unpasturized milk in the Atmore,
Flomaton, Brewton, Castleberry, etc. area?
