They have grass fed Holstein milk at present, and also
have a Jersey, who is dry at the moment but coming fresh in a couple of
months (I think--but verify). The Holstein gives a surprisingly deep
creamline, pretty high butterfat content.

The farm operates in an organic fashion but are not currently
"certified organic." They are, however, initiating that process, to
become completely certified.
