Ginger,
I would inspect the farm and make sure the cows really are getting
access to pasture. Inspect the cows themselve and make sure they look
nice and healthy. Commercial dairy farmers that pasteurize their milk
don't have to be as careful with their milk since it all gets
sterilized in the end. Base your decision on your inspection and on
whether or not the farmer drinks his own raw milk. :-)
