i have heard about dr Mulkraj from gopal but as i had checked from net he is belonging to jagraon near ludhiana ...Also one thing i want to share with u that i am also belonging to jagraon but after i have inquired a lot i come to know DR Mulkraj had  no more  and he has one son who dont know any thing about medicine ..I am not demoralising u dear bt i just wanna that plzzz firstly inquire all things about dr mulkraj and if their is ANY dr then tell me also....all the best dear...
