You can try the following:

1. Stem Cell Therapy
2. Kerala Ayurvedic treatment

Please note that the above therapies may be able to help give
symptomatic relief or in the case of stem cell therapy, even more.
Please consult your Neurologist before taking up any action.

Also, make sure that the diagnosis for ALS is conducted. Get your
Father's EMG done to double check.
