Heartbreaking story from Missouri.

Of course we know that this is "nothing new" but... And worse, it
happens here too. Even with ODS. What happens to people who are not
"psychotic enough" to be at BDU but the residential programs won't take
them? I can think of several people in this category right now.

Warning: video not captioned (surprise!) but text story is good. I am
told the video is even better. Will have to find someone to interpret
it.
