My name is Stephanie Logan and I am a deaf doctoral candidate at the
University of Missouri in Counseling Psychology.

I am conducting a study on the coping strategies of deaf and hard of
hearing
women who have had any unwanted sexual experiences (anytime in their
lifetime). This study is important because very little research has
been
conducted in this area for deaf and hard of hearing women.

Participation will require completing a brief (approximately 20
minutes)
anonymous online questionnaire.

Participation in this study is completely voluntary. Participation in
this
study is confidential.

This research has been fully approved through the Institutional Review
Board
(IRB) at the University of Missouri.
