This is part of the Alabama Department of Mental Health/Mental Retardation's
planning to hear feedback and input from family members of consumers who use
their services and this is a good opportunity for the deaf and hard of hearing
community to come and express their concerns about services. This will cover
issues related to public services for individuals with mental illness-mental
retardation-substance abuse disorders.
West Alabama Mental Health Community Needs Assessment will have a meeting on
October 22 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at Alabama Southern Junior College in
Demopolis, AL.
Jefferson County Community Needs Assessment meeting about public services for
