According to a recent study of deaf students in a residential school for
the deaf, more bullying behaviors are reported in deaf students in
residential schools than in hearing students in public schools.
Interestingly, prep schools which educate wealthy hearing children in
residential school settings also have higher rates of bullying than in
public school settings.
