ADARA ANNOUNCES ON LINE CHAT ROOM
Introducing a new and exciting resource for ADARA members - a chat room
of our own.
Beginning this month, the ADARA website will have a chat room for
members to have discussions with their colleagues around the country.
In addition to being available for members to have on-line meetings and
for SIS to have group discussions, ADARA Board Members will regularly be
available to talk to members and answer questions they may have.
The first 90 minute chat to meet the Board will be February 7th at 7:30
Central time, (8:30 Eastern time 5:30 Pacific time.) This chat, "ADARA
in the 21st Century" will be hosted by President-elect Steve
Hamerdinger. Other members of the Board will also be on hand to discuss
the future of ADARA and to listen to ideas from the membership.
Future on line meetings will include a "Meet the Candidates" session
later in February and other exciting special guests in various fields.
We are looking forward to giving members an opportunity to meet and
interact with veterans in all disciplines. A complete schedule of
upcoming events will be posted on the website in the next few weeks.
To introduce this exciting new benefit for our members, we are, for a
limited time only, allowing anyone to access the chat room. No matter
if you are a member, a prospective member, or just curious about what
ADARA is all about, you will be able to log in and catch all the
exciting action.
To log onto the chat, go to <http://www.adara.org/> www.adara.org,
scroll down to the "Community" box and click on the "Chat Room" button.
Follow the instructions to log in..
All ADARA members and professionals who would like to learn more about
