Relax & Rejuvenate has redefined In-Room Spa Services by partnering with ownership and management to create a unique guest amenity. Our company has exclusive service agreements through:

• Developing and launching the Mind. Body. Spa. In-Room Spa Services program for over 40 Kimpton Hotels nationwide – including 10 DC area properties ( visit http://www.kimptonhotels.com/services_mindbodyspa_inroom.aspx )
• Developing and launching the SpAffinia In-Room Spa program for Affinia Hotels nationwide – opening a 330+ room hotel in Washington DC
• Partnering with Starwood Hotels to deliver the Westin Heavenly Spa In-Room Spa program to Starwood-managed hotels in the DC area
• A new partnerships with Crestline Hotels and Luxury Hotels & Resorts - representing over 1,000 guests per night in Washington DC (visit http://www.georgetowncollection.com/relax_rejuvenate/index.cfm )

 

Our clients are real people – and some prominent folks –but we are not star struck by who we treat. We expect you to maintain a professional demeanor with all of our clients and are confident your ethics and our screening process would exclude any therapist who would blab to the media – or their mother – who their clients are. No NDA required!

 

We also serve residents in Arlington, Chevy Chase, Georgetown and NW DC, including an exclusive contract with over 15,000 residents of Archstone Smith luxury apartments. A new partnership with JBG Luxury Condominiums will start later this year (http://www.waterviewresidences.com)           

 

Our Corporate Services division creates Spa Day events for incentive travel groups and provides Chair Massage Services for tradeshows, conventions and employee appreciation events. We already have over 100 hours of chair massage on the books for September!

 

Our Team Members are NEVER:

• Sent to work on clients found on Craig’s List – we don’t advertise to that crowd
• Treated as “Spa Temps” filling in at a short-staffed facility. We work to build a sustainable clientele of hotel partnerships and are not dependent on a spa having someone out sick to drive our business.

 

About our unique service model

 

This is NOT just dragging your massage table into a hotel room – we provide a Spa Experience featuring the highest quality products from Fresh, Kerstin Florian and a full menu of spa services.

 

We provide our clients with a full range of spa treatment options:

·        Aromatherapy massage  and Hot Stone massage featuring high-end spa products

·        In-Suite Hydrotherapy Bath Menu , Body treatments and wraps

 

We have equipment stored at our partner hotels, saving you wear and tear on your body.

• Two tables on carts and Hot stone kits also on-site
• All branded aromatherapy and body care products provided
• Complimentary valet parking at over 80% of appointments.

 

Our team member are rigorously evaluated, screened and tested for quality control

• We represent our partner hotels to their guests - our team members have a personality and mind set for working in the hospitality industry – no room for attitude or for anyone who fancies themselves a “5-star Massage Therapist”, whatever that is
• All therapists must pass background checks or drug screening required by our partner hotels
• Our services are mystery shopped monthly by Coyle Hospitality – a leading Quality Control provider to the hotel industry – to ensure our guests receive the best possible experience in the mobile spa industry
• Quarterly Client Satisfaction surveys are emailed to over 500 clients

 

 

About our management

Relax & Rejuvenate is owned and professional managed by pioneers in the spa industry with the business background to create a sustainable, high-growth business

• Co-owners hold MBAs, not technician licenses, so you never have to worry about competing for appointments with the owner during slow times of the year
• Over 20 combined years of experience in the spa and hospitality industries
• Including over 10 years with Estee Lauder’s AVEDA brand in charge of spa development and technician education / training
• Own and operate Neroli Spa, Virginia’s only Elemis spa ( www.Neroli-Spa.com )
• Look for future Neroli locations at our partner hotels
• Leaders in the Washington, D.C. spa and hospitality industries.
• We are working with our Hotel Partners in Alexandria to change the ordinances to permit In-Room Massage – creating more opportunities for massage therapists to earn a living

Pay and Benefits

 

We offer highly competitive compensation and benefits. We are the only Mobile Spa company that will offer you employee status, FT or PT.

 

We believe therapists pay should be consistent, not dependent upon our ability to negotiate price with our clients. You get paid the same regardless of when we get paid, if we get paid or how much we get paid.

• Client does not show – you get paid
• Client cancels session – you get paid
• Credit Card is declined – you get paid

 

Working on commission means 100% commission of a No Show = $0 --  we think you deserve better than that.

 

FT Employees are offered:

·        Income Guarantee – our therapists are on track to earn $50K this year

·        PPO Health Plan – 75% paid by us - plus your first $500 of office visits are company paid.

·        Company-paid life insurance

·        CEU tuition and Licensing re-imbursement programs

 

FT & PT Employees eligible for

• Paid Vacation – up to two weeks
• Paid training in new treatments and protocols
• 401(k) plan – we match up to 6% of your pay
• Hotel discounts for stays in 15 cities from Boston to Miami to Seattle to San Diego – rates as low as $99 for a 4-star property
