Openings are now available for several different Outcall Massage
Therapists, Outcall Personal Trainers, Outcall Aestheticians, Chair
Massage, Students, and Intern positions in our five different
branches from MD to Southern VA.
*** Note: We are not really into the "Aesthetician or Spa
department". We are looking for ONE occasional person to take care
of just a couple appointments or parties here and there, a couple
times per year, from our repeat massage clients *** As a company,
we mainly focus on more of the "Fix-it \ Rehab \ Sports" types of
massages rather than the "Spa massages \ Wraps \ Aromatherapy" with
hair and nails.
Annapolis MD: One part time outcall female therapist. One spare
time outcall personal trainer.
Northern VA: Two Part Time Outcall Female Therapists. One Spare
Time Outcall Male Therapist (STRONG). One Spare Time Outcall
Personal Trainer. *One Spare Time Aesthetician.
Washington DC (Also NOVA Branch): Two Part Time Outcall Female
Therapists, one Spare Time Male Therapist (STRONG). Five nice DC
hotels initiated contact, by calling us first, and asking us to be
their sole massage provider, based solely on referrals from other
hotels that currently use us. Before we accept the offers, we want
to make sure we can cover 100% of these appointments. 90% coverage
won't do.
Fredricksburg VA: IMMEDIATELY ! One part time Outcall Personal
Trainer available for 6 month contract in client's home 3x week in
the early morning or after work! One spare time outcall female
therapist
Richmond VA Two part time outcall female therapists. One spare
time outcall male therapist (STRONG). One part time outcall personal
trainer. *One spare time outcall Aesthetician.
Virginia Beach VA: One part time outcall female therapist. One
Spare Time outcall male therapist. One chair massage therapist from
9am-4pm convention appts. One spare time outcall Personal Trainer.

Personal Trainers will be going to the client's House
(Basement \ Workout room), Professional Gym, Hotel Gym, or Office
Gym, to train their clients.
Massage Therapists will mainly go to the client's: House,
Hotel, and office ... but also ... Golf Course, Club House, Park,
Practice Field, Stadium, Arena, Backstage Nightclub, or Backstage
Concert Hall.

The Annapolis branch covers from Metro DC \ MD border, to

from Metro MD\DC Border, to Southern Frederick MD, to Leesburg, to
the North Stafford border. Our Fredricksburg branch covers from
North Stafford to Kings Dominion. Our Richmond branch covers from

*** You will not be expected to cover the entire area in your
branch. You will be sent only to appointments closest to where you
live. You have the option of receiving travel bonuses, by working
appointments that are farther away from you. You can only work the
areas where you have a license. ***

3) Is open from 6AM - 1 AM seven days a week, only company open
before 9am, and only company open late past 10pm. What that means
for you is flexible hours around your work, family, church, and
social times. We are open when other companies are closed, therefor
more clients calling, requiring a therapist, dependable income, means
more money for you. You can go to your day job, spend time with the
family and dinner, and work an appointment or two for us before going
to bed.
4) In addition to Early \ Late Time Bonuses +$10-$25\ hour, we give
you travel +$10-$25\Hour, and weather bonuses +$10-$25\ hour. You
receive 100% of your tips, and when a client calls for you, you will
receive that appointment automatically. $50 Chair \ Table minimum
Base per hour. $20 Tip Average. Add in bonuses mentioned above, and
tips too ... A nice income just for one hour huh?
5) If you need extra money one month (Example: For rent or car
repair), let us know, and we can give you more appointments, so you
can make what you need. Give us availability, and we'll give you
appointments. One full time therapist's record was over $1,600+ in 7
days.
Average $420+ a week for part timers.
$800+ a week for Full Timers. It all depends on you !

8) Has an "A Rating" by the Better Business Bureau. You will work
for a sound company.
9) Has an 85 - 87% Repeat Client Rate. You will have a dependable
client base.
10) Used by Athletes from 26 Pro Athletic Teams, 12 College teams, 2
High School teams, 1 Teen Travel Soccer Team, VIPs, Royalty, Actors,
and Performers: You may receive tickets to certain Professional
Sporting events and plays, special VIP passes and VIP treatment to
certain nightclubs the owner has connections with, and All Access
Backstage passes to concerts and performances. If you have strength,
Deep Tissue, Sports, and Trigger Point knowledge, you can work these
appointments.
11) The Company Owner is a Retired Professional Soccer Player from
here in DC, and is currently a Professional Soccer Referee from New
York to North Carolina, and Teen Referee Mentor and Referee
Instructor. Tickets for some Professional and Semipro games in the
DC area are COMPed, or are greatly reduced, for your benefit.
12) The Company owner is also on the Advisory Board for two massage
schools, and was the graduation speaker in October 2006 with 100
grads from three departments.
13) Used by many Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists,
Trainers, Strength Coaches, Personal Trainers, and one hospital. You
will have several long term clients that really NEED your service
every week. Not just people who feel like having a massage today
because they are bored.
14) Used by: 59 Hotels, 12 Hotel Chains, and 9 Health Clubs in MD \
DC \ VA, in all five branches. International business clients who
fly in from Tokyo and Hawaii enjoy a Deep Tissue massage after a 16
hour flight before they go to bed. It may be 10pm to us, but it's
dinner or lunch time for them.
15) Our clients demand above average and superior therapists. All
applicants must speak clear English. Don't waste your knowledge and
talent on just performing Swedish all day long on people who "like"
massage, who don't "need" massage. Use everything that you know by
working for us. We have many different clients with many different
massage needs. (College exams, Slip and Fall, Sports Injuries,
International Business Travelers, Car crash, high risk pregnancy,
post surgical rehab)
16) You will be sent out to appointments that best suit you and your
abilities. No need to worry if the client won't be happy, or if this
appointment isn't "right" for you. If you are fresh out of massage
school - then chair massages, Swedish, and business travelers are for
you.
If you have a medical background - then referrals from our
multiple doctors and hospitals are for you.
If you have a Sports background - then working on Pro Athletes
and Performers is for you. If you are a Personal Trainer, then we
have clients waiting for you right now !
17) A simple 4 to 8 hours of Charity Massage (Out of 8,760 hours a
year), are required each year. The Company Owner performs over 28 -
32 hours of Charity Massage each year personally. You have the
opportunity use these Charity events to put on your massage \
personal life resume. We do not charge a single penny for these
events to the clients, you keep 100% of your tips, and you'd be
greatly surprised how many new clients will call for you for future
appointments from these events. You do something good for someone
else, and you are rewarded for it.
18) We have Personal Trainers, and others that are in school for
Personal Training, that work outcall for us. If your schedules match
in North Alexandria and Falls Church, you can workout at the gym in
the morning with them for FREE !
19) The Best applicant will have a sports or medical background in
addition to massage (Varsity High School or higher), goes to the gym
or excises at home 3x a week or more, knows Swedish, Deep Tissue,
Sports, Prenatal, Injury Rehab, reliable working car, cell phone
(Text messaging is greatly helpful), email, and can read a roadmap
(or have GPS) in their car between appointments. Many applicants
won't have all of these, but how many do you have?
20) For everyone's safety and security, client and therapist, ALL
References WILL be checked. If you have had a previous Felony, do
not apply. A limited background check will be performed on each
applicant, once they pass the interview, and when they pass the
probationary period. Please mention on your resume if you, have or
had, a US Government security clearance. Mention what level it was
and if it is still active. We have certain clients and locations
that require this item.

All Applicants must give COPIES of ALL items requested below, at the
interview. Students enar graduation are welcome to apply:
Massage School Diploma, Massage School Transcripts, Letter of
recommendation from someone - even if it is in a business not related
to massage, National Certification, State License, Massage Insurance,
Car Insurance, Driver's License, and Social Security Number. You
must either have a GPS in your car, or be able to show us in person
that you HAVE and know how to read a roadmap, and how to get from
point A to Point B. It will also help you to show us certifications,
licenses, and insurances, past and present, from other occupations
outside of massage if you have them.
