Cynthia's Salon and Spa, located near Redskins Park and named in Northern Virginia Magazine among the Best Up and Coming Salons and Spas in Northern Virginia, is looking for Nationally Certified CMT's, preferably with at least one year experience, with a Virginia state license and the ability to obtain a Loudoun County Massage Therapy permit, to join our family of salon and spa professionals. Half of our existing clients are long-term and have been with us for years. Many others are new to the area and are eager to find a one-stop-shop to call home for massage, skin care, and hair.

You'll be expected to be available 20 or more hours a week, weekdays with some weekend and evening hours. As an independent contractor, you'll be provided a room, massage chair and table; linens and supplies; warm, supportive introductions to new and existing clients; a generous percentage based on the amount of time you spend working on clients; 100% of your tips; a 1099 at the end of the year; and the opportunity to learn some of the nuances of a highly succesful small business.
