I. Part-time independent contractor position with Income based as a
percentage of generated revenue collected as rent(40-60%: dependent on
experience and degree of shared responsibility of overhead costs).
Therapist to collect payment directly from client.
II.We will also consider a part-time independent contractor to simply
rent room on a flat-rate basis for mutually agreed upon part-time
hours of availability.
In this case therapist keeps 100% of earned income and will pay a
negotiable monthly rental amount.

Seeking therapist licensed to practice therapeutic massage in
Virginia. 1 year experience preferred but will accept highly
motivated new graduates.

Hours will be part-time. Specifically, we are seeking 4 hours M-F
9am-1pm with weekends optional by appointment, should therapist decide
to expand service.

Therapist costs will be a percentage of income as rent (see above) or
will agree to pay a flat room rental fee for mutually agreed upon
hours of availability. Massage room ready to go with Table and towel
warmer provided.
