advertising, booking and confirming appointments, and payment
processing. You supply your own lotion/linens, business cards,
business permit, and insurance. Minimal rent includes full service
massage suite with table and warmer, hot towel cabinet, hot stone kit,
multi-change CD player, all utilities, and use of laundry facility on
site. 60% commission paid. Spa offers one hour massage $85, 90 minute
massage $130, 30 minute massage $50, 45 minute massage $65. Also
offer reiki, cranio-sacral, lymphatic drainage, Thai, hot stone, pre-
