We're looking for a front desk receptionist
to work in our beautiful office. We need
someone with excellent People skills, computer skills and the
ability to
juggle multiple tasks. The job entails checking in clients,
answering
phones, entering transactions into the computer, scheduling ,
and keeping very laid back company. A great smile and personality
are essential.
Coordinator of Employee reimbursement for US VISITS project.
Perform credit checks on possible new-hires for custom border
patrolmen for Homeland Security. On completion of the credit
checks, I submit results on to the prime contractor for processing.
Make various travel arrangement for employees (i.e., hotel
accommodations, and airline reservations). Upon employee's return
from travel, I process their expense report for Vice President's
approval.
Tier 1 help desk support.
Assists with developing responses to RFP.
Update/maintain Omni Systems Corp Capability Statement & Past
Performance.
Maintained personnel files and office supplies.
Assisted with research & data collection for RFP's and ongoing site
improvement (www.omnisystems.com).
Produce invoices used in billing clients for services using Excel.
Upon completion, I send invoices to the client.
Support technical and executive staff members
Interacted with clients and prospective clients
Arrange for employee's printing orders for items such as business
cards, letterhead, and various invitations.
Arrange telephone interviews with potential employees. Also arrange
conference calls in order to include employees that are out of the
office in periodic office meetings.
Make arrangements for delivery of refreshments/food at various
office meetings/functions.
Organize company 'fun' functions (i.e., holiday parties, picnics,
summer events).
