Relax & Rejuvenate is seeking a FT Lead Massage Therapist/Market Manager for our Washington DC operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruit and interview candidates for technician positions
• Conduct education and training events for therapists
• Conduct educational events for client hotel staff
• Maintain adequate product, supplies and equipment inventories for therapist use
• Attend staff meetings at client hotels
• Coordinate Spa Parties and Corporate Events
• Coordinate services for promotional events
• Manage schedule for team of technicians
• Assist in new business development
• Perform 8 - 14 hours of on-site massage per week

Potential for the right candidate to expand role to cover Eastern Region including Boston, New York, Philadelphia and Miami

Compensation Includes:

• Base Salary, DOE
• Semi-Annual bonus based on % of Market Revenue
• Tips on massages performed averaging $20 - $25 per hour
• Paid vacation time
• Total access PPO Health-plan, 75% paid by R&R
• 401k program in 2006
• Discounts on nationwide travel with partner hotels

• Prior experience in Spa management
• Supervisory and team management experience
• Excellent customer-focused mindset

• MS Office computer skills
• Appropriate local licenses / permits
