. Costs, if any: Will reimburse cost of Alex license after 60 days. Will also assist in continuing Ed cost for any of above therapy's after 90 days and demonstration of dependability and positive customer feed back.
. Income range / payment terms (e.g., percentage, payroll) Independent contractor percentage spilt to reflect experience. Percentage to increase with experience and senority. Will go to employee status after 1 year.
