To help eliminate SPAM to this group discussion list even further,
we have changed the message settings as follows:

1. Only MEMBERS can post messages. This means that you must now
create a Yahoo account and JOIN the discussion group in order to
post a message.

2. Replies will ONLY be sent to the member that posted the message.

Additionally, we will now ALLOW attachments to postings.

Anybody will still be able to VIEW any and all messages. The group
will also remain MODERATED. This means that all postings will be
reviewed before they show up on the group discussion list; and,
messages may still be REJECTED, if the author/member does not follow
the group guidelines.
