I just acquired practice space to be used for massage therapy in the
Springwood Professional Center, 464 Herndon Parkway, Herndon, VA. I
have two adjacent windowed offices that are part of a 7-office
shared facility, which I plan to fully furnish and use as follows:

1. Practice (approx. 12x14 ft) – Massage / fitness training
2. Business (approx. 10x10 ft) – Client reception and storage

Please note that the space is located on the 2nd floor and there is
no elevator. This may be a problem for you if you see a relatively
large number of handicapped clients. Please call if this is your
only concern.

COMMON FACILITIES
Shared space in the complex offers the following:
- Access 24-hours per day
- 5 minutes from Reston Hospital and Reston Town Center
- Approx. 2 blocks from Ffx County Parkway and the Dulles Toll Road
- Common conf/training room (12x22 ft.) – possible fee for use
- Heating/air condition available 24 hours per day
- Shared kitchen privileges and rest room
- Utilities included in price

YOUR COST
I would like to share the space with other like-minded healthcare or
wellness practitioners in any of following ways:
- Discounted, entry level plans for starting therapists
- Greater usage = Less cost per use (i.e., tiered costs)
- Per usage – hourly or percent (est. 10 to 15%) of gross revenue
- Monthly fixed – agreed upon schedule (est. $150+ per month)
- Open to creative payment plans, including barter for services

SPACE AVAILABILITY
Space available NOW; but, not yet fully furnished!
Currently, my normal practice hours are:
- Monday – 10 am to 7 pm.
- Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – 8 am to 7 pm.
Actual appointment times vary week to week. The practice space, and
most likely the office as well, would not be used by me on most
Wednesdays, Weekday evenings, and Weekends.
