Essential Massage Services is moving to Windham, Maine in the future. This
single person massage practice has been very active for the last two 2
years. I=m looking for one or two therapists who are interested in
establishing an office in one of the few single practice offices that meet
the zoning requirements in Prince George=s County.

The suite lease will be through SMLA Management with a one year lease at
$500.00 per month that includes utilities. Two therapists can be on the
lease to share the suite with possible additional persons subletting time.

The suite is in an established commercial/medical town house office complex.
The suite is approx. 10' x 15'. With the lease you have 24 hour access to
the office, a receptionists during the day (may be used for appointments
with connection of phone service), reception area for up to four persons,
two bathrooms, 12 person conference room, alarm system and off street
parking. The unit is handicapped accessible.

The office will be available for a new lease August 1, 2003. If another
massage therapist leases the suite, the current clients will be sent a
letter with information about the new practice. For the last year I=ve been
seeing 12 to 15 clients per week. Several have expressed interest in coming
to the same location with a new therapist. .

Some office furnishing will be available to purchase. (Not the electric lift
table)
