Option #1- 8 x 14 ft. room for rent in an 850 sq. ft. office.
Rent includes utilities, general cleaning, toiletries, use of a furnished
reception area and an in-suite bathroom.
The room is wired with 2 existing phone jacks.
The building and office are handicap accessible.
The room is currently fully furnished for massage therapy and may be rented as
such or completely unfurnished.
Use of the existing phone system and seperate administrative area are
negotiable.

$555/month furnished $525/month unfurnished


Option #2 - A seperate treatment is not being fully utilized and may be rented
by the hour on any or all of the following days: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
after 5:00 p.m.(other hours negotiable).
Use of the reception area and in-suite bathroom are included. Use of the phone
and administrative space to be worked out based on the amount of time rented.
Rent is based on the number of hours from start to finish in the CMT's workday
at a rate of $5/hour.
