Hello fellow therapists...

I am writing to tell you all about an awesome massage space in Springfeild
VA, at the intersection of Old Keene Mill and Rolling Road.

Through a Women's Fittnes Company I rent out a fairly large space in the
back of the gym. The deal is contractual, mine is every 8 months then it is
reassesed by YOU, the therapist, and the Owner. It is a small (three
fitness centers) female owned operation. The deal is that I pull clients
from the Company, recieve a free, all acess, gym membership, and can see any
individual I choose regardless of sex, and membership status! I can
advertise, I can see whoever, it is my business! The potential is BIG, one
woman was there for ten years and then retired...and I have the number of
the threapist at the Mt. Vernon location that does really well...Anyway I
have found that monitarilay I get what I put into it...But all of this is
available for only $250.00 a month...no utilites, no strings, for real!

Why am I telling you about it? Because I am MOVING... agian! I got accepted
into graduate school in Rhode Island and think it poor form and wasted
energy to build up a massage practice I will not be here for...SO if your
female, interested in working for yourself and desire the freedom of having
your own massage business let me know...you can come check out the space and
