Hi
my name is Tracey, I have an older borther with the same condition. Yes I think you should approach her mother on this topic, but very tackfully. Maybe give her a book to read on the topic like the one written on 'My red dog' or alone together' as she might beable to pick up traits it on it that her daughter has, like I did with my brother.
RegardsTracey

Subject: [AIPL] Aspergers
I am a registered nurse, who happens to coach my daughters 4th grade
cheerleading squad. I have a 9 year old girl, who's been on my squad
for 4 years... she has ABSOLUTE textbook symptoms of Aspergers. My
question is... should I approach her mother (who is also a nurse) or
mind my own business? I have a good relationship with her mother,
and she is well aware I honestly care about her daughter and enjoy her
on my squad.
Want to help, but not offend!!!
Thanks
