I am a special education teacher and need some advice with a
student. He has been diagnosed with Asperger's. He is in the
regular classroom most of the day, but has a lot of trouble getting
his work done. He becomes distracted constantly and cannot seem to
focus. He is currently taking Adderol. I was just curious if anyone
had any suggestions or things that they have tried that have worked.
We tried a timer, but he became fixated on the timer and could not do
any work. Thanks, Megan

Yeah, he has a lot of sensory issues and has been diagnosed. The normal interventions I try for ADHD/ADD are not working with him so that is why I am looking...
