YouthNet announces the publication of HIV Counseling and Testing for Youth: A
Manual for Providers

With this easy-to-use, spiral bound booklet, service providers and
counselors can improve their skills and assist youth with the difficult issue of
HIV counseling and testing. Approximately one-third of clients who seek HIV
testing are youth, and these young people often have different needs than do
