the Secretariat before the postponement is cleared, and the former Registration
ID is also invalid. Please apply again for registration, abstracts/proposals and
scholarship.If you plan to participate in the Congress, registration is
essential at first: i.e. register as a participant, submit abstracts/proposals,
or apply for scholarship. For detailed registration procedure, please refer to
