Fund Title: MAC AIDS Fund: Affiliate Community Grants

The MAC AIDS Fund Affiliate Grants Program supports non-profit organizations
located in countries in which MAC Cosmetics has affiliate offices.

It provides grants for direct services for individuals living with HIV and AIDS,
programs that address the link between poverty and HIV and AIDS, and HIV
prevention programs.

The goal is to support programs and services that enable individuals to live as
independently and fully as possible. Examples of the kinds of services eligible
for funding under this program include, but are not limited to, food and
nutrition, transportation assistance, support services for families, prevention
and education, treatment adherence, and housing. The aim is to help fund those
direct care services most needed in a particular community based on HIV and AIDS
prevalence and the availability of other public or private funding sources.

The Affiliate Grants Program will not support direct medical care or services.

Application Process:

The Affiliate Grants application is available online. Applicant must first
complete the Eligibility Quiz as part of the application process.

All applications must be submitted online and in English. Budget information
must be reported in U.S. currency. Paper applications will not be accepted.
