Senior Technical Officer, Care and Treatment, Asia (Thailand)

FHI Grade 8

Responsible for leading and expanding its HIV care and treatment initiatives
in Asia, including working with ministries of health, NGOs, and FHI country
offices in Asia in expanding access to quality HIV care and treatment
services, from voluntary HIV counseling and testing through to ARV treatment
and homecare services.

Requires MD or equivalent experience in public health; and at least five
years specialized experience in designing and/or providing technical
assistance to HIV care and treatment programs in resource-poor settings,
including at least two years senior management experience.

Experience with U.S. government contractual requirements and experience
working in an international NGO/PVO environment desirable.

This is a regional position based in Thailand.
