Job Title : Project Officer

Project : Promoting Public Private Partnerships in HIV/AIDS and TB

Location : Bangalore

Job Profile :

- Introduce and Facilitate linkages and partnership with industries for Project
CONNECT implementation
- Creating Access with companies and chambers/associations for Workplace
programs on HIV/AIDS and TV
- Coordinate advocacy efforts with FICCI and all chambers of commerce,
industries and member organizations in the project areas.
- Organize Mass Media Events aimed at sensitizing as well as mobilizing support
of the most vulnerable companies and industries.
- Conduct training and workshops with companies on Workplace HIV/AIDS and TB
programmes.
- Documentation
- Facilitate activities such as mobilizing free or significantly subsidized
medications for HIV positive individuals (ARVs), encouraging the insurance
sector to include HIV related issues etc.
- Any other job that he/her may be required from time to time

Candidate Profile
- Integrity
- Ability to network effectively with industry leaders
- Strong interpersonal skills and superior presentation techniques
- Good oral and writing skill in English language.
- Proficiency is local language (Kannada) is mandatory
- Influencing and negotiating skills
- Good understanding of Workplace HIV/AIDS and TB programmes.

Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Social Sciences/Communication or
Management.

Work Experience : 1-5 years
