HIV/AIDS (INP+), a national NGO, based in Chennai.

Position: Account Officer
Placement: Chennai
Period: 2 years

Job responsibility:
· Responsible for maintenance of all financial records and files related to the
project
· Review month financial reports at INP+
· Monitoring and review of the financial systems and accounting practices
· Preparation of all monthly financial reports to donors
· Maintaining systems for filing, stationary store and asset register;
· Responsible for funds disbursements in consultations with the authorities of
INP+
· Monitoring of expenditure patterns at INP+
· Knowledge in Tally, MS-Office is must

Skill/Qualification required
· Post graduation in M.Com/Inter CA
· Knowledge in Tally, MS-Office is a must
· Experience in working with community based organization and knowledge of FCRA
is a must
· Communication in English and Hindi is preferred

Position: Program Officer
Placement: Chennai
Period: 2 years

Job responsibility:
· Network with the state and district level networks of INP+
· Review the progress of implementation of project activities and provide
feedback and assistance to the Project Manager
· Collect and review all progress narrative and monthly programmatic reports of
the project
· Document the best practices in the project
· Conduct regular review meeting for the state level networks of INP+
· Coordination with SACS and project state consortium partners

Skill/Qualification required
· Post graduation in Social Work
· About 5 Years of Experience in the HIV/AIDS field and about 2 years experience
in the similar positions
· Training and Good documentation skill in English/Hindi and other languages
· acquaintance with the software for managing the Management Information Systems
(MIS) and knowledge of Computer applications (MS-Office, Word and Excel)
· Adequate knowledge on HIV/AIDS and issues
· Able to travel extensively

Position: Web Designer
Placement: Chennai
Period: 1 year

Job responsibility:
· To design and alter the website as required
· To upload the content in the website on regular basis
· To provide designing assistance to INP+
· To provide proactive monitoring of the entire website
· Submission of monthly report on the website performance to INP+

Skill/Qualification required
· About 3 Years of Experience in the website designing and in the similar
positions
· Providing technical training on website and related field
· Knowledge on relevant software is compulsary
