Just want to add on to Dr Aggarwal's comments.

Most of the patients from the lower socio economic status seen in urban
centers like Delhi are migrant workers from rural North India.
Studies done by our organisation in 10 of these rural settings showed that
only about 25 - 30% of people in these communities are aware about HIV AIDS.
There need to bemore focus on rural behavioral change education programs and
setting up rural VCT services,
