A free group for adults with ADD/ADHD and/or their spouses who live in the Calgary area.

Anybody can show up, but by registering you will get a monthly reminder detailing the upcoming speakers and topics. Many authors, therapists, doctors, psychologists, and regular members have volunteered their expertise at our meetings over the last 10 years.

We meet in person the last Wednesday of every month, except July, August and December at 7:15pm in the Parish Hall on the corner of 6th Ave and 1st Street SE (Carter Place).
