Jeff, The dose needed varies by person. I take only 15mg and I weigh about 155.
You may weigh 165 but need 30mg as an effective dose for YOU.

If you are taking 30 and it doesn't help, ask you doc to up the dose or try
something else, such as Ritalin, Concerta, Focalin, Strattera, Medadate, etc.
