Week 1: Learn what "getting organized" means & take your first
steps to "being organized".

Week 2: Learn a variety of ADHD-friendly systems and routines
to help you figure out where to put your things so that you can
confidently put them away & find them again.

Week 3: Now that it is all put away; learn ADHD-friendly ways
to help you keep it that way.

What's the bottom line?
Three 1-hour interactive classes (May 18, 25 & June 1 9 – 10pm ET).
A full set of notes prior to each session -- you don't have to
write!
E-mail contact with Carrie between sessions to keep you on track.
Recordings of all 3-sessions for you to keep and listen to again.
