Angie Dixon here. Most of you don't know me. I lurked on this and
about seven other lists for a year or so and then dropped off six
months ago due to time constraints. I'm a disabled ADD mom of an ADD
son and a speech impaired daughter, and I'm a writer.

I'm now working on an ebook that I need some help with. The book is
designed for ADD women and discusses the challenges of living with
ADD as a woman, and strategies to overcome those challenges. I
really need a few people to fill out a survey for me and help with
the "strategies" part.

It will take about 15-30 minutes, depending really on how in-depth
you want to get with the answers. It's in a text file, so you can
save your answers and come back to it later, rather than having a
long web form you have to fill out now or never.

Everyone who participates will get a free copy of the book (and
any "bonuses" that go with it) when it comes out, whether I use what
you say or not.

If you don't want your name used in the book, it won't be. If you
want to be in the acknowledgements, you can be.
