Hi, my name is Nancy and I have a 10yr old son who has
add. I'd like to get some advice on how to help him
control his tamper and how to help him hear everything
that is being said and not just part of it. Right now
talking to him is like talking to the wall and I know
that he may get it today but give him a few hours and
its all forgotten. He's always fighting and hurting
his younger brother (8) and sister (5). Yesterday he
was fighting with his brother just because he was
picking at his own cereal. The littlest thing makes
him mad and mostly when he doesn't get his own way.
He's on medication but only during the school year. I
was going to give my son his own room and let his
younger brother and sister share a room but I'm not
sure if that would help.
