Hi, My son, 7 years old has been having problems at school last
year and this year with focus issues. He has a hard time staying on
task. We have the same trouble at home with homework and reading.
15 minutes of reading turns into a 1 hour battle and homework
sometimes takes even longer. We have had the workup through the
school system, which shows he is most-likely ADD without
hyperactivity. Although school can not diagnos this. We have to
take him to his pediatrician. We have this appointment scheduled on
Tues next week. Can you please give me a list of important things I
definitely need to ask the Ped about regarding meds, etc. Any help
is greatly appreciated.
