ADHD and Epilepsy?

Hi, Our son who is 14 has ADHD , LD and petitte malle epilepsy.
Treating him with medication is a nightmare, we have to choose
between treating the ADHD or the epliepsy.
I am wondering if any of you have children with abnormal eeg's and if
so how do you cope.
He is currently in Bnei Chayil which is not working out and we are
seriously considering moving him to a school that is less academic
and more work orientated.

In my experience kids with comorbid ADHD & epilepsy haave always been medicated for epilepsy primarily because the seizures are ultimatley more dangerous....	rudytooty_2000	Mar 1, 2005 1:39 pm
