Auditory Integration Therapy is a 10-day therapy that has been clinically
proven to improve the way the ears work together so that language is
processed efficiently.
AIT has profound effects on people with auditory processing problems and
hypersensitivity to certain sounds.
AIT can make significant improvements for people with
-- autism/PDD
-- Aspergers
-- dyslexia
-- ADD/ADHD
-- Central Auditory Processing Disorder
-- hyperacousis (hypersensitivity)
-- certain types of depression and/or anxiety disorders
-- problems learning second languages related to underlying processing
difficulties
The treatment is non-invasive and relaxing. It involves 20 half-hour
sessions of listening to specially modulated music which forces the ears to
relearn how to process sound efficiently. It is not language-based, thus
suitable for people of any mother tongue. It is suitable from anyone aged 2
and up.
Treatments can be scheduled at my Modi'in clinic. Or, if you have a group
of 4-6 people in your area who would like treatment, I can travel to your
area for your convenience.
Call (054 812 5973) or email me for more information, to sign up for a
treatment cycle, or to schedule an information evening for your local
support group or school.
